A Message From the Principal
The Polytech Academy at Chattanooga State offers high school students the opportunity to earn both high school and college credits simultaneously. Our students attend school on the Chattanooga State campus, but remain enrolled in their current high school and enjoy all of the privileges offered by their home school.
Our students typically take three college courses each semester. This allows our students to earn around 40 credit hours. Our programs focus on Mechatronics and Chemical Engineering. Each A.A.S. Degree can be earned in one year at Chattanooga State upon high school graduation.
Since students remain enrolled at their zoned schools, they can participate in all extra-curricular activities! We have several athletes and band members in our program!
